Solution Architect (relocation to Dammam, Saudi Arabia)

The company works with a wide client base in the country and abroad, building projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for clients and support our partners in their solutions. We collaborate with clients all over the world. For the project we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Solution Architect (relocation to Dammam, Saudi Arabia).

Responsibilities

Creating system solution concepts and technical architecture for a telecommunications operator in Saudi Arabia.

Cooperation with international project and integration teams in BSS / OSS implementations.

Active participation in analyzing business requirements and translating them into specific technical solutions.

Supervision of system integration – including data flows, interfaces, and service provisioning.

Providing technical consultancy to the client – from the design stage to support during the launch phase.

Ensuring alignment with TM Forum standards (Frameworx, Open APIs).

Ability to adapt to local working conditions and regulatory environments.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in OSS / BSS solution architecture.

Several years of experience in the TELCO environment.

Experience in cooperation with telecommunications software providers.

Solid understanding of core OSS domains (Network Inventory, Assurance, Provisioning) and BSS domains (Billing, Charging, CRM).

Proficiency in system integration, such as REST / SOAP APIs, GraphQL, message brokers (e.g., Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ), ESB platforms, BPM engines, and ETL tools.

Experience with process modeling tools and notations (e.g., BPMN, ArchiMate, UML) is a plus.

Preferred qualification : Proven knowledge of TM Forum frameworks and standards (SID, eTOM, Open APIs).

University degree, preferably technical (telecommunications, IT, electronics).

Very good command of English – minimum C1 level.

Ability to work in a project-oriented manner and think analytically in multi-system environments.

Experience working on projects delivered in the Middle East region is a strong advantage.

Relocation to Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
