Overview
We are seeking to hire an e-commerce specialist to formulate and execute e-commerce strategy for leading brands on online platforms.
The role requires the candidate to build, manage and develop long-term relationships with global and regional online retailers in order to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brands online presence, identify new E-commerce trends and opportunities for business growth.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing and managing the online presence and driving sales for partner brands across all key retailer E-commerce sites.
- Initiate development of action plans, drive revenue, adoption, and market segment share for our partner brands in online sales channels.
- Responsible for achieving sales targets (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly) across all online retail accounts.
- Monitoring the day-to-day activity on the site(s) and the overall performance of all online retail accounts.
- Responsible for key launches and activation, campaigns and collaborations with marketing and digital across e-commerce channels.
- Ensure right assortment across top SKUs to ensure discoverability, build customer experience through brand stores and product page details and compelling reasons to drive purchase through enhanced content.
- Create and maintain content, images and pricing for all products sold through all online retail accounts.
- Collaborate with the brand partner teams on the content development process, including auditing existing content, establishing new content standards, and ensuring 100% compliance across all online channels.
- Develop best practices for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on digital / e-commerce metrics and performance of marketing programs.
- Liaison with technical integration teams on both customer and brand partners to ensure integration of product in customer’s technology landscape.
- Manage in-store promotions along with brands - make brands partners in customer communication.
- Leading and managing SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media and / or display advertising campaigns as well as setting up and optimizing paid media campaigns.
- Be the key driver in developing and optimizing the performance and digital brand marketing of the e-commerce platforms.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in digital sales, e-commerce and social media campaigns.Solid experience in e-commerce operations, especially with large key accounts including but not limited to Amazon, Noon, and other gaming specialists.Competent and able to use your existing knowledge of the Internet / e-commerce.Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written; additional Arabic knowledge is beneficial.Exposure to gaming industry would be an added advantage.Seniority level
