Job descriptionخبرة في التسويق الرقمي، منها سنتان على الأقل في تسويق الخدمات (B2B). معرفة قوية بتسويق الشركات القانونية أو الخدمات المهنية (Professional Services Marketing). خبرة عملية في Google Ads، LinkedIn Ads، Meta Ads. قدرة على صياغة عروض تسويقية موجهة لقطاع المحاماة والشركات القانونية. مهارات عالية في إدارة الفرق وبناء الخطط الاستراتيجية. قدرة على تحليل البيانات وصياغة تقارير تسويقية دقيقة. إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية (كتابة وتواصل). العمل في بيئة متخصصة تركز على التسويق القانوني الاحترافي. فرص للتطوير المهني والاطلاع على أحدث أدوات وتقنيات التسويق. نظام مكافآت وحوافز يعتمد على الأداء وتحقيق النتائج.
Overview
نبحث عن مدير تسويق محترف ومتخصص في تسويق الخدمات لإدارة وتطوير استراتيجيات التسويق الرقمي لشركتنا التي تخدم الشركات القانونية. سيكون مسؤولًا عن قيادة فريق التسويق، ابتكار الحملات الرقمية، وتحويل الهوية القانونية إلى حضور رقمي قوي يجذب العملاء ويزيد من معدل التعاقدات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير استراتيجيات تسويق رقمية متكاملة تستهدف شركات المحاماة والشركات القانونية.
- تصميم وإدارة حملات إعلانية مدفوعة عبر منصات : Google، LinkedIn، Meta، TikTok.
- بناء هوية رقمية قوية للعملاء القانونيين بما يتناسب مع ضوابط المهنة وقواعد السلوك المهني.
- تحليل رحلة العميل القانونية (Legal Client Journey) وتصميم عروض رقمية مقنعة تعزز من الثقة والولاء.
- إعداد وتنفيذ خطط محتوى قانوني تسويقي (مقالات، فيديو، سوشيال ميديا).
- متابعة مؤشرات الأداء KPI وقياس العائد على الاستثمار ROI بدقة.
- إدارة فريق الميديا باير والمصممين والمحتوى لتوحيد الجهود وتحقيق الأهداف.
- دراسة السوق القانوني ورصد توجهاته لتطوير استراتيجيات تسويقية مبتكرة ومتفوقة على المنافسين.
- التنسيق مع فريق المبيعات لدعمهم بالمواد والحملات التي تزيد من إغلاق العقود.
