Responsibilities
Responsible for own and team sales targets given by management Develop & Manage Key Accounts – constantly build sales pipeline and cultivate new business opportunities Work closely with clients to identify needs, plan initiatives, business directions, and act as trusted adviser and advocate on best practices and solutions to address the clients’ goals and objectives. Build relationships in the horizontal and vertical hierarchies of the customer. Cross Sell – Understand customers’ business and organizational landscape, uncover opportunities through identifying unmet needs Strong Internal Communication – Communicating and collaborating with the marketing, sales support, product, software and logistics teams to ensure that clients’ needs are met.
