We are seeking a skilled and passionate
Pastry Chef de Partie
to join our culinary team at Alieia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, producing, and presenting high-quality pastry and dessert items in line with the company’s standards.
This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. The Pastry CDP will work closely with the Head Pastry Chef and kitchen team to ensure consistency, innovation, and excellence in all pastry operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present pastries, desserts, and baked goods to the highest standards.
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the Head Pastry Chef.
Maintain the highest levels of food hygiene, safety, and sanitation.
Assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas for new pastry items.
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
Support junior team members through guidance and training.
Ensure smooth communication and collaboration with the wider kitchen and service teams.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ international experience in pastry within luxury hotels, fine dining, or high-standard restaurants.
Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and modern presentation styles.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency in quality.
Creativity, passion, and attention to detail.
Team player with a positive attitude and professional work ethic.
