Job Summary

The HR Specialist is responsible for performing all HR administrative tasks and supporting the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing personnel management. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and proactive professional who can manage documentation, coordinate recruitment efforts, and ensure all HR processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day HR administrative duties and maintain organized personnel files.
• Perform full-cycle recruitment, including advertising positions, interviewing, and shortlisting qualified candidates.
• Prepare and process all HR-related documentation, including contracts, memos, and reports.
• Support employee relations and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the onboarding and off-boarding processes for employees.
• Ensure all HR practices are in compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
