Recruitment & Onboarding

Coordinate and support recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.

Employee Relations

Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Performance Management

Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.

Guide managers and employees on goal setting, feedback, and development planning.

Training & Development

Identify training needs and support employee learning initiatives.

Coordinate workshops, seminars, and e-learning opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits

Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management processes.

Ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.

Compliance & HR Policies

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Update and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.

HR Data & Reporting

Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.

Prepare HR metrics and reports for management.
