We are seeking a
Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant
to join our team. As a Techno-Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that technology solutions align with business objectives. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, developing and customizing Odoo modules, implementing Odoo solutions, and providing support to end users. This role requires expertise in both technical development and functional knowledge of Odoo. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, optimize, and enhance enterprise software systems. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise and business acumen, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities
Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document requirements. Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions based on Odoo capabilities. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams. Assist with project planning, timelines, and resource allocation. Coordinate with both technical and business teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions. Provide training to end-users and stakeholders on system usage and best practices. Serve as a point of contact for functional queries and user support. Maintain thorough documentation of business processes, requirements, configurations, and system changes. Configure Odoo modules (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, CRM, etc.) to match business needs. Develop and customize Odoo modules. Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs. Resolve bugs, troubleshoot issues, and enhance system stability. Upgrade existing Odoo systems to newer versions. Migrate data and configurations between Odoo instances. Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in Odoo techno-functional consulting role. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Certification in Odoo is a plus. Strong knowledge of business processes and system integration. Familiarity with APIs and integration tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and project management skills. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Nice to have
