Must-Have : 8+ years of experience in project / program management, with 5+ years in Agile delivery.

Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, LeSS) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) Excellent leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills Fluency in Arabic & English languages are required Nice to Have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field Banking or financial services experience is strongly preferred Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilest (SA), or PMI-ACP is a plus  About Us : Arthur Lawrence is a management and technology consulting firm providing enterprise-wide business transformation and business applications implementation services.
