They hone their client management skills as the day-to-day relationship owner and also have the opportunity to coach junior staff on projects, learning to lead high-performing teams.A Manager should be comfortable at : - delivering both formal and informal presentations, both internally and externally - producing clear, persuasive and concisely written presentations - planning and managing the delivery of quality work by leading teams in an autonomous strategic-consulting environment - being seen as a strong team player with excellent communication and client-handling skills - directing the quantitative analysis, assessing the depth required for each assignment, translating the analysis into useful findings and conducting quality assurance of the results - building productive and lasting client relationships at all levels - developing and identifying new business opportunities as they present themselves.A Manager will typically have : - an undergraduate degree from a top-tier university - an MBA or other postgraduate degree from a top-tier university - an exemplary scholastic record and recognition through special academic awards or participation in elite programs - seven to ten years of professional experience, gained in a top strategy consulting organization or in a combination of both blue-chip corporate businesses and top strategy consulting firms - consulting experience in one or more of the following industries : Technology, Media and Telecom, Energy Utilities and Resources, Financial Services, Private Equity and Sovereign Investment Funds, Government and Public Sector, Industrial Manufacturing and Automotive, Health Industries and / or Consumer Markets - a demonstrated rapid career progression and a strong track record within the current organization - flexibility and commercial acumen to manage a diverse range of responsibilities in a dynamic and results-oriented environment - excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management - business-level fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
