INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Lead Insturmentation Engineer – WHCP to join our dynamic Wellhead and Skids Solutions team. This role is pivotal in supporting Modular Skid Packages, Wellhead Control Panels, and Pressure Regulation Systems to enhance the safe and efficient operation of oil and gas systems. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end engineering, design, testing, and commissioning of Wellhead Control Panels and instrumentation systems while ensuring technical excellence and compliance with international standards. What You’ll Lead and Deliver

Engineering & Design

• Lead the end-to-end engineering design of Wellhead Control Panels (pneumatic, electro-pneumatic, and hydraulic), Safety Shutdown Systems, and associated instrumentation.
• Should be able to prepare hydraulic sizing calculations covering accumulators, reservoir and pumps.
• Should be able to prepare Electrical and Heat Load Calculations for an I&C system.
• Prepare, review, and manage the issuance of, Hydraulic / Pneumatic Schematics, P&IDs, General Arrangement Drawings, Hook-up drawings, Loop & Wiring Diagrams, Instrument Datasheets and Schedules, Bill of Materials (BOM), Cause & Effect Diagrams, Logic Diagrams and Panel Schematics
• Select appropriate field instruments (pressure, temperature, level, flow) and control system components (solenoids, regulators, ESDs, etc.).
• Ensure design compliance with international codes and standards such as API 14C, ISO 10418, IEC, NEC, ATEX, NEMA, SIL, and relevant Aramco / ADNOC project specifications.
