Overview

We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to join our Global Manufacturing Excellence organization within the Downstream Assets Reliability Solutions Department (RSD).

Reliability Solutions Department (RSD) provides engineering support to Saudi Aramco’s global facilities in refining, NGL processing, and petrochemicals, including reliability, inspection, corrosion management, static and rotating equipment, electrical systems, instrumentation, and controls.

Your primary role is to support our manufacturing portfolio in achieving the highest asset reliability through systematic approaches and coordinated efforts. You will also implement comprehensive systems to benchmark, identify gaps, and deploy solutions to improve asset reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management and facility teams to systematically drive reliability initiatives.
• Design and implement strategies to improve reliability, minimize downtime, and increase asset availability.
• Promote and cultivate a reliability-focused culture within the organization.
• Manage reliability initiatives from conception to deployment.
• Oversee proactive systems that identify and mitigate potential issues affecting operations or equipment reliability.
• Own the availability enhancement cycle, ensuring proper reporting, investigation, and measures to prevent recurrence of reliability events.
• Act as a reliability consultant across organizational units.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and future plans effectively to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards, processes, and guidelines.
• Coordinate with corporate entities on reliability initiatives.
• Establish and monitor reliability KPIs across organizational levels.
• Analyze reliability data to identify improvements and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Develop training, certification, and professional development programs for reliability personnel.
• Collaborate on digital solutions and tools related to reliability.
