Responsibilities
- Early engagement with Key accounts / End Users / EPCs and Effective coverage of EPCs and End Users in Saudi & Bahrain region.
- Responsible for Booking Targets tracking all end user projects in advance and positioning & upselling our Analytical portfolio products.
- Manages and collaborates with field sales team having overall responsibility to Meet / Exceed Budget / Targets.
- Lead product management business development sales support and project pursuit initiatives for Saudi Arabia & Bahrain to meet or exceed the sales targets.
- Use proven sales strategies and tools to effectively promote and sell the companys products image and total value.
- Pursue and secure major project business demonstrating a strong ability to close deals.
- Deliver sales solutions both independently and collaboratively working seamlessly across teams to achieve success.
- Extensive travelling within Saudi Arabia & Bahrain covering all customers & industries.
- Develop own and complete the relevant Strategic Plan Key Initiatives.
- Own and support quality Lead creation processes provide leadership in Sales Campaigns.
- Take ownership of small engineered solutions processes.
- Develop and implement plans in Emerson core market O&G as well as the diversified industries such as Power & Water Metal & Mining and Chemicals and Petrochemicals
- Take ownership key pursuits and key initiatives from awareness and demand creation till transaction closure at key accounts.
- Support proposal generation processes to ensure quote quality service levels and hit rates are meeting expectations
- Participate in developing and performing sales strategies for projects. Maintain an accurate project pursuit list.
- Provide technical support in pre-sales processes clarifications and re-engineering as needed to align with client / project requirements.
- Ensure following all Emerson Values and Ethics standards.

Engineering degree in Electronics Instrumentation or relevant field.Proven experience in the process automation industry in liquid gas analytical and detection products interactive relationship with end users influencers OEMs System integrators and EPCsFluency and track record in associated industries and processes such as Power & Water Refining or combustion and water treatmentTrack record of business growth within Middle East and Africa is an advantagePreferred Qualifications that Set You Apart :
