Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and implement change management strategies across multiple concurrent projects.
- Identify, analyze, and manage stakeholders across business units and regions.
- Provide expert guidance on change management frameworks and ensure consistent implementation.
- Conduct impact assessments and develop communication, training, and engagement plans.
- Collaborate with project leads, sponsors, and HR to align change activities with business objectives.
- Track progress of change initiatives, measure adoption, and manage resistance.
- Prepare reports and insights for senior leadership on change progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Coach and mentor project managers and business leaders on effective change management practices.
Qualifications
12+ years of total professional experience, including at least 8 years in consulting or transformation-related roles.Proven experience leading large‑scale organizational change and transformation programs.Strong background in project management, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Hands‑on experience developing and executing change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci).Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage competing demands.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.Change management or project management certifications (e.g., Prosci, PMP) are an advantage.Operates autonomously, with strong ownership of results.Brings structure, discipline, and rigor to complex change programs.Balances strategic insight with hands‑on delivery.Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and driving alignment across teams.Seniority Level
