Corporate Strategy Leadership Organizational Structure Budget Planning & Financial Oversight Change Management & Transformation Policies, Systems, Processes & Compliance Reporting 10 - 12+ years of experience in banking or financial services, with 5+ years in sales enablement, corporate banking operations, or commercial excellence leadership roles.

• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required. Additional languages will be desirable. :
• Certified Corporate Banker (CCB) – Moody’s or equivalent
• Certified SME Finance Expert – Frankfurt School / IFC
• Project Management Professional (PMP) – PMI or equivalent (preferred) CRM, Lending Platform, or Banking System Training Certification .
