About the location AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. The Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising rooms and suites, as well as villas with private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa and a range of wellness and activity offerings designed to create memorable experiences for guests and residents.
About the Role As Demi Chef de Partie in the Staff Cafeteria, you will contribute to the success of the colleague dining experience by preparing and delivering nutritious, well-balanced meals. You will play an important role in both the pre-opening phase and the smooth operation of daily meal services.
What You Will Do
Support the pre-opening setup of the staff cafeteria kitchen, including organizing workstations and assisting with menu trials.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes as directed by the Chef de Partie to ensure a consistent and high-quality food offering.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen.
Work closely with other culinary team members to ensure timely and efficient meal service.
Assist with stock control and ensure proper storage and labeling of food items.
Help train and support junior team members as needed.
What You Bring
Previous experience as a Demi Chef or strong Commis in a high-volume kitchen, ideally in a hotel or staff dining environment.
Solid foundation in basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
Teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
Passion for delivering high-quality meals in a supportive work environment.
Pre-opening experience is a plus.
Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
