Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Medina. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Train and manage staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company policies and procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health codes
• Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements :

Salary : $1500 per month

Location : Medina

Nationality : Filipino (non-Filipino candidates with relevant experience are also welcome)

Accommodation : Not provided

Visa Sponsorship : Available for qualified candidates

Education Level : Minimum 12th grade (high school) pass
