Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our company\'s revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations
- Negotiate and close high-value deals with potential clients
- Implement and manage CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
- Continuously improve sales processes and methodologies to enhance team efficiency
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldProven experience of 3-5 years in sales management or a similar leadership roleDemonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in CRM software and data analysis toolsAdvanced negotiation and problem-solving skillsStrategic thinking and ability to develop effective sales strategiesCustomer-focused mindset with a passion for building and maintaining relationshipsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPointWillingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry eventsAdaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentKnowledge of the local market and business culture in Madinah, Saudi Arabia (preferred)Additional Information
