Job Overview
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Project Coordinator for Planning to support the successful execution of projects within our ambitious development initiatives. The Project Coordinator will collaborate closely with project managers and teams, assisting in the planning, monitoring, and reporting of project activities, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's strategic goals. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, documenting meeting minutes, action items, and follow‑ups
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential issues or delays, and proposing mitigation strategies
- Support project managers in resource allocation and logistics planning, contributing to overall project efficiency
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of project reports, updates, and presentations for stakeholders and management
- Maintain project documentation and ensure that all project records are up to date and easily accessible
- Help in tracking expenses and ensuring that project budgets are adhered to, preparing variance reports as needed
- Work collaboratively with various teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle
- Support the implementation of project management best practices and standardized processes within the organization
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field2+ years of experience in project coordination or administration, preferably within construction or infrastructure projectsStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficient in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar applicationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively within cross‑functional teamsDemonstrated problem‑solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to handle confidential information discreetly and professionallyFamiliarity with procurement and contract management processes is a plusAbility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environmentBenefits
