About Our Client

A growing local holding company with operations in real estate, heavy equipment, construction, and IT services, employing around 70 people in Saudi Arabia, is looking for an Operations Manager to support its expanding organization.

Requirements

• Oversee day-to-day operations of real estate projects and property management activities.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Saudi regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high standards of service and operational excellence.
• Support the leadership team in strategic planning and business development initiatives.
