Job description

Our client is a leading giga project, with a strong emphasis on hospitality and leisure. Known for managing high-value projects, the company prioritizes operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

  • Develop key performance metrics and reporting dashboards for the portfolio with capabilities of internal and external benchmarking.
  • Monitor operational and financial performance of portfolio hotels, including GOP, NOI, RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and other KPIs.
  • Analyze monthly owner reports, STR reports, and benchmark data; flag deviations and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year performance.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic business plans for each asset.
  • Collaborate with asset managers and hotel operators to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization.
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes with data-driven insights.
  • Assist in underwriting capital projects, renovations, and rebranding initiatives.
  • Prepare investor and internal performance reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Consolidate and present complex performance data in a clear and actionable format for senior management.
  • Support quarterly and annual board reporting processes.
  • Conduct competitive set and market performance analysis using tools such as STR, HotStats, etc.
  • Monitor macroeconomic, travel, and hospitality industry trends and their potential impact on asset performance.

A successful Asset Operations Manager should have : Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred 11+ years of experience in hospitality asset management, revenue management, or hotel feasibility / consulting. Strong knowledge of luxury hotel operations, brand standards, and management contract structures. Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) a plus. Familiarity with hospitality performance tools (e.g., STR, HotStats, Opera PMS, etc.). Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Prior experience working with or within third-party hotel operators. Understanding of owner-operator dynamics and luxury segment KPIs preferred. Strong project management skills and the ability to drive initiatives from analysis to execution.
