We are looking for a seasoned
Sales Manager – Real Estate Transactions
to manage a growing team of agents and drive B2C and B2B sales across the Kingdom. This is a leadership role focused on building scalable sales operations, nurturing talent, and ensuring high performance across all client-facing activities. Key Responsibilities
Lead a real estate sales team and manage daily operations, goals, and performance Drive acquisition and retention strategies for new and existing clients Implement sales plans to meet monthly revenue targets Collaborate with marketing, tech, and operations to optimize customer experience Oversee agent performance, client satisfaction, and territory development Requirements
5+ years
of real estate sales experience in KSA 3+ years
