Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Retail – Prestige Brands, the Brand Manager – will play a key role in developing and executing trade marketing strategies, brand activations, and customer engagement initiatives tailored to the Saudi market for Carolina Herrera Beauty. This is an exciting opportunity to bring global brand strategies to life locally, working closely with the regional marketing team and internal stakeholders to ensure brand success. Develop and implement marketing strategies in line with the global and regional marketing strategies. Plan and execute on-ground activations, and other customer engagement initiatives. Monitor the effectiveness of activations and campaigns, using insights to refine future strategies. Manage marketing budgets, monitor expenditures, track return ROI, and report on budget performance. Drive forecasting process (CPS). Main point of contact for the brand managing the flow of information with the Middle East regional Marketing Team. Collaborate with the regional marketing team, to align marketing and local market knowledge to brand strategies. Collaborate with internal teams (commercial and retail) to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Coordinate with agencies and suppliers to ensure timely and successful campaign delivery. Leverage CRM tools to analyze customer data and identify opportunities for targeted marketing and clienteling. Develop and implement customer engagement activities that drive brand awareness andenhance loyalty and retention. We'd love to meet you if you have

Proven experience in trade marketing, campaign planning and execution ideally within the retail or luxury sector. Prior experience in the beauty sector is a plus. Hands-on experience with CRM systems and clienteling. In-depth knowledge of the Saudi market, including consumer behavior and cultural nuances. Fluency in English and Arabic. Strong communication and presentation skills. Collaborative nature, ability to work with cross functional teams. Budget management skills, with the ability to track and optimize marketing expenditures. Innovative mindset with the ability to propose impactful marketing ideas and activations.
