Job Description
Position Objective : The position is responsible for supporting the training mission by leveraging changing skills and quality development initiatives to train the Food and Beverage teams according to F&B values, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct training need analysis with the help of the Training Manager.
- Devise and communicate monthly and weekly departmental training plans, and schedule team members for F&B training.
- Ensure availability of comprehensive, up-to-date F&B manuals, policies, procedures, and task breakdowns, and distribute personal copies to team members.
- Coordinate F&B orientation for new team members and ensure completion of training checklists within the first week.
- Document training attendance for each team member.
- Communicate and train on F&B standards, policies, and procedures.
- Maximize employee productivity and morale, maintain discipline within F&B guidelines and local regulations.
- Research and develop new training programs.
Presentation and Management :
Ensure new joiners practice correct stock handling to maximize sales.Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store maintenance.Communicate store layout and stock changes effectively to the team.Ensure adherence to retail standards.Manage back store operations and merchandise replenishment.Health & Safety :
Use personal protective equipment as required.Follow safe work practices and procedures.Implement and monitor health and safety programs.Conduct workplace inspections and respond to hazards.Report injuries, investigate accidents, and enforce safety policies.Keep management informed of hazards and recommend safety improvements.Additional Details :
