Job Description

Position Objective : The position is responsible for supporting the training mission by leveraging changing skills and quality development initiatives to train the Food and Beverage teams according to F&B values, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct training need analysis with the help of the Training Manager.
• Devise and communicate monthly and weekly departmental training plans, and schedule team members for F&B training.
• Ensure availability of comprehensive, up-to-date F&B manuals, policies, procedures, and task breakdowns, and distribute personal copies to team members.
• Coordinate F&B orientation for new team members and ensure completion of training checklists within the first week.
• Document training attendance for each team member.
• Communicate and train on F&B standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maximize employee productivity and morale, maintain discipline within F&B guidelines and local regulations.
• Research and develop new training programs.
