Job descriptionProvide strong leadership, mentorship, and ongoing coaching to ensure team success and professional growth. Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement motivational strategies. Sales Strategy & Execution : Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and economic indicators relevant to the commercial real estate sector in Riyadh. Market Analysis & Business Development : Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and corporate clients. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand market presence and generate leads. Client Relationship Management : Negotiate complex commercial real estate deals, ensuring favorable terms for both clients and the company. Foster long‑term relationships with key clients to drive repeat business and referrals. Reporting & Performance Management : Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Ensure accurate and timely updating of CRM systems with client interactions and sales pipeline status. Compliance & Best Practices : Implement best practices in sales processes, client management, and team operations. Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., RICS, CCIM) is a strong plus. Experience : At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a sales management or team leadership role within the commercial real estate sector. Demonstrable track record of successfully building and leading sales teams to achieve significant sales targets. Extensive knowledge and experience of the Riyadh commercial real estate market is essential. Language Skills : Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required. Technical Skills : Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Exceptional Leadership : Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a sales team towards ambitious goals. Strategic Thinker : Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales approaches. Outstanding Communication & Negotiation : Superior interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. Results‑Oriented : A strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on profitability. Market Acumen : Deep understanding of commercial real estate dynamics, investment principles, and local market nuances in Riyadh. Problem‑Solving : Proactive and resourceful in addressing challenges and finding innovative solutions. Integrity & Professionalism : High ethical standards and a commitment to professional conduct. Networking : Proven ability to build and leverage a strong professional network. Adaptability : Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn new systems quickly. Team Player : Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Only Saudi Nationals or Iqama transferable residents will be considered.
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to build, lead, and mentor a high-performing commercial sales team. Based in Riyadh, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets for commercial property sales. This role requires a proven leader with extensive experience in commercial real estate, a deep understanding of the Riyadh property market, and exceptional team-building and sales management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Assembly & Leadership :
Recruit, onboard, train, and develop a top-tier commercial real estate sales team.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve and exceed commercial property sales targets in Riyadh.
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging commercial real estate opportunities and client needs within Riyadh.
Ensure exceptional client service throughout the sales process, addressing client needs and concerns effectively.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for senior management.
Ensure all sales activities comply with Saudi Arabian real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in commercial real estate sales.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
