About The Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and client relationship management in Khobar and Dhahran. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling construction, contracting, or carpentry / interior solutions within the Saudi market. This role requires excellent networking, negotiation, and project-based sales expertise to grow revenue and build long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in Khobar & Dhahran.
- Identify and target new business opportunities with contractors, developers, architects, and consultants.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, to contract closure.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects in the construction and contracting sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products / services as per client requirements.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of sales experience in construction materials, carpentry / joinery, interiors, or contracting services.Strong network of contacts within Khobar, Dhahran, and the Eastern Province market.Proven track record of achieving sales targets in B2B / project-based sales.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus).Valid Saudi driving license.Why Join Us
