Yaminak is a digital-first hospitality operations company. The Operations Manager will own day-to-day operational delivery across our portfolio : guest experience, platform listings, check-ins / check-outs, team supervision, and coordination with owners and vendors to ensure consistent, hotel-quality service.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support Yaminak’s business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience working on platforms such as Airbnb, Gathern, or similar hospitality systems, and will be responsible for managing all operational activities, including guest communications, listings, check-ins, check-outs, and supervision of the operations team.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability.
• Manage daily operational functions, including guest management and property readiness.
• Supervise and train the operations team to ensure smooth and consistent performance.
• Prepare and review performance reports and reevaluate processes for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all regulatory, compliance, and legal rules are followed.
• Manage operational budgets in alignment with company goals.
• Coordinate with other departments to enhance service quality and efficiency.
