Job Description The position is responsible for increasing business revenues and leading store operations to achieve sales and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures as per Retail standards across stores to drive business and customer satisfaction.
Oversee recruiting, hiring, and training of store staff, making efficient decisions to enhance overall performance.
Represent the brand by maximizing sales through exceptional customer service and retail experience.
Provide leadership and support to all employees, including mentoring, coaching, and performance appraisal.
Set store sales targets and guide Area Managers and Store Managers to maximize productivity.
Manage operational costs, reduce them through automation, enforce SOPs and loss prevention audit guidelines.
Ensure Visual Merchandising guidelines are followed, and oversee implementation and execution.
Recruit and train staff on sales techniques, customer service, teamwork, and company brand requirements.
Evaluate employee performance annually, provide feedback and develop succession plans.
Conduct regional sales and operations meetings and provide frequent feedback to Area and Store Managers.
Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and ensure stock security and proper storage.
Support store design and layout for new store projects and coordinate with design architects.
Provide input for marketing and brand awareness initiatives.
