Overview As a Project Management Administrator, you will support the Project Manager in project coordination, planning, resource management, and project control activities. You will assist in reporting, subcontractor hiring support, coordinating project activities, monitoring risks and issues, and ensuring adherence to security compliance standards.
What You’ll Do Project coordination, planning, resource management and End-to-End project control activities supporting the Project Manager.
Time planning – Microsoft Project (MPP) experience is a plus
Resource forecasting and management — maintain the resource database, provide plans and release dates, and control onboarding / release of resources
Cost control — track budget consumption and calculate ETC / EAC based on PM / PD inputs
Reporting — deliver project reports using inputs from PMs / PDs (internal or external as needed)
Acceptance administration — manage acceptance documents signatures and related client administration
Risk management administration — maintain the risk register based on PM / PD inputs
Subcontractor (Sub K) management — follow and maintain onboarding and release of Sub K resources
Compliance tracking — ensure resources follow mandatory security compliances
What You’ll Bring
2+ years of experience in project coordination or administration
Solid organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with project management tools and software
Familiarity with security compliance standards and regulations
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Detail-oriented with accurate and up-to-date documentation
