Drive sales efforts for smart city solutions by identifying new business opportunities across government, semi-government, and private sectors.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs and long-term satisfaction.

End-to-End Deal Management

Own the full sales cycle-from prospecting and presenting to negotiating and closing deals-ensuring timely execution and customer alignment.

Collaboration with Technical Teams

Work closely with presales, engineering, and delivery teams to translate client requirements into tailored, scalable smart city solutions.

Market Intelligence & Opportunity Development

Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments to position offerings effectively and expand the client portfolio.

Profile

Smart Cities - Sales Account Manager - IT Riyadh

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development within smart cities, digital infrastructure, or ICT sectors.

Strong understanding of smart city domains such as IoT, urban mobility, energy efficiency, and public safety solutions.

Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals with government or enterprise clients.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.

Ability to build strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including public sector executives and technical decision-makers.

Skilled in coordinating with cross-functional teams including presales, product, and delivery units.

Familiarity with RFP processes, government procurement cycles, and digital transformation initiatives in the region.
