Job Purpose To lead and coordinate maintenance operations for 17Sixty’s vessels and maintenance equipment, ensuring all assets are safe, reliable and maintained to support seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Role Description
Lead and supervise the maintenance team : Maintenance staff are well‑organized, trained, and work efficiently with high safety and quality standards.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs : Preventive maintenance is completed as scheduled, ensuring equipment reliability and minimal breakdowns.
Handle corrective maintenance and repair activities : Equipment issues are diagnosed and resolved promptly, minimizing downtime and maintaining operational continuity.
Monitor and maintain mechanical, electrical and technical systems : All systems operate smoothly within safety and performance specifications.
Manage spare parts, materials and maintenance tools inventory : Necessary parts and tools are available; repair delays and excess inventory costs are avoided.
Ensure adherence to safety, health and environmental procedures : Maintenance operations comply with company and legal safety requirements; no recordable safety incidents.
Coordinate with operations and technical teams : Maintenance tasks are aligned with operational schedules to prevent interference with service delivery.
Liaise with external service providers and contractors : External maintenance or repair work meets quality standards and is completed on time and within budget.
Maintain maintenance logs, reports and documentation : Accurate and up‑to‑date records are available for audits, compliance and management review.
Support continuous improvement and cost‑efficiency initiatives : Maintenance performance and asset reliability improve, while maintenance costs remain controlled.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Marine or Facilities Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification) accepted at the Saudi Council of Engineers.
Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or team‑lead role—preferably in marine, hospitality or resort operations.
