Job description

High school diploma : additional education or apprenticeship is a plus.

5+ years of stamping Equipment maintenance experience, preferably with servo tandem line, laser blanker line, overhead cranes, milling machine operations.

Experience in Stamping Press line and / or complex manufacturing preferred.

Familiarity with maintenance, setting up, servo press machines, laser blanker and understanding optimal maintenance conditions.

Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting, diagnosing faults, and performing repairs on complex stamping machinery parks.

Strong understanding of electrical schematics, control systems, PLCs, and industrial electrical equipment.

Knowledge of Hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical and other related theories, and concepts to allow for proper troubleshooting and problem analysis of their environment.

Knowledge of robots, conveyors, tooling troubleshooting abilities, along with various other types of manufacturing equipment.

Have strong leadership experience in Stamping maintenance area

Experience with safety practices and machine maintenance.
Ability to adapt and troubleshoot in real-time to address production needs.
Ability to lead, coach, and develop a maintenance team effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Computer proficiency for tasks such as data entry and potentially operating manufacturing software
