R.C. Systems LLC is hiring a Key Account Manager for Saudi Arabia.

Base pay range

SAR225,000.00 / yr - SAR300,000.00 / yr

We are expanding our presence in the GCC region and are looking for a Key Account Manager to drive customer success and business growth in Saudi Arabia.

The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for managing and growing key customer relationships in the Saudi Arabian oil & gas, utilities, and industrial sectors. The KAM will identify new sales opportunities, lead strategic partnerships, and support technical sales across Fireye’s product portfolio. This role is remote, with an expected travel commitment of up to 50% within the assigned region (Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah, and other major cities). Occasional international travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for strategic clients across the Kingdom, particularly in oil & gas, utilities, petrochemical, and industrial sectors.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with end users, distributors, contractors, OEMs, and engineering consultants.
  • Engage with key end users (Aramco, SABIC, SEC, Ma’aden, SWCC, etc.) to ensure Fireye is in the approved vendor list, and products are specified, approved, and preferred in bids.
  • Proactively pursue opportunities to develop customer base and network of partners in line with Fireye’s growth strategy.
  • Understand customers’ technical and commercial needs and recommend Fireye’s combustion control solutions.
  • Develop and manage opportunity pipeline and execute sales plan to meet regional targets.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and market intelligence to Fireye management.
  • Identify and respond to RFPs / RFQs : lead bid preparation, proposal submissions, and negotiations according to commercial and pricing policies.
  • Coordinate with internal product, engineering, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent Fireye at industry events, expos, and trade shows in Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and safety standards in all engagements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in a relevant engineering discipline is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of sales strategies and customer and channel management, obtained through a combination of education and experience.
  • Proven ability to develop customer accounts and exceed sales targets.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of B2B technical sales experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
  • Industry knowledge in burner management systems, boiler controls, or industrial automation is highly preferred.
  • Arabic and English languages proficiency.
  • Valid Saudi driving license.
  • Willingness to travel within the region (~50%).
