Senior Investigation Specialist - اخصائي أول تحقيق

يتولى أخصائي أول تحقيق مكافحة الممارسات الاحتكارية من خلال تطوير الأدلة والمعايير، إعداد خطط التحقيق، جمع وتحليل الأدلة، وإجراء التحقيقات، والتنسيق مع الخبراء، والتأكد من الامتثال للإجراءات، وإعداد تقارير شاملة حول نتائج التحقيق، واقتراح التوصيات حيال نتائج التحقيق.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية

  • صياغة / تحديث الأدلة الإرشادية والمعايير المتعلقة بالتحقيق والتقصي بهدف تحسين العمليات والإجراءات داخل الإدارة
  • تطوير خطط أعمال التحقيق وتحديد الإجراءات اللازمة، وتفصيل السلسلة الزمنية والإجرائية
  • إعداد ملفات خاصة بالقضايا لبدء عمليات البحث والتقصي عن المنشآت المشتبه بمخالفتها
  • إجراء عمليات الاستدلال والتقصي تشمل جمع وضبط وتحليل الأدلة والقرائن وتفتيش المنشآت محل التقصي والبحث
  • سماع أقوال واستجواب المنشآت محل التقصي والبحث وجمع الاستدلالات والتحقيق ومواجهتهم بالأدلة والقرائن محل التقصي والتحقيق
  • التنسيق والإستعانة بخبراء متخصصين لتقديم المشورة القانونية عند الحاجة، وإعداد تقارير فنية متخصصة
  • التأكد من الامتثال للإجراءات المحددة والمدد الزمنية المتفق عليها
  • إعداد تقارير شاملة تتضمن محتويات المحاضر وتحليلات إجراءات البحث والتقصي ونتائجها
  • فحص المستندات الورقية والإلكترونية المضبوطة
  • إعداد مذكرة نتائج التحقيق متضمنة التوصيات المقترحة
  • إعداد محاضر الاجتماعات مع أصحاب المصلحة

المتطلبات و المؤهلات :

  • بكالوريوس في القانون أو الحقوق أو الشريعة أو ما يعادلها
  • خبرة في مجالات ذات صلة من سنتين فأكثر
