is the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, playing a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This role is responsible for handling front-desk operations, managing phone calls, greeting guests, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office interactions. Overview
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Operations Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and warmth. Direct guests to the appropriate staff or meeting rooms. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times. Call Management Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls efficiently. Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate recipients. Handle basic inquiries and provide information about the company when needed. Administrative Support Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and official correspondence. Assist with booking meeting rooms, coordinating schedules, and maintaining calendars. Support HR, Admin, or Executive teams with data entry, filing, and document handling. Maintain inventory of front-office supplies and reorder as needed. Office Coordination Liaise with building security, maintenance teams, or service providers when required. Maintain visitor logs and issue guest badges when needed. Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information. Qualifications
High school diploma or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in a front office, receptionist, or administrative support role. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
