About the Role

Join Copeland as a Quality Engineer and be part of our dynamic team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This is an outstanding opportunity to contribute to a special engineering team ensuring the highest standards of quality and excellence. We’re looking for a bold and diligent individual who is passionate about implementing detailed quality procedures and driving continuous improvement!

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections, tests, and audits of incoming materials closely in accordance with defined policies.
• Report nonconformities to the senior quality team and assist in the investigation and resolution process to ensure compliance.
• Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and suggest corrective actions for process improvement.
• Supervise the assembly process to ensure that all defined quality standards are being achieved and maintained.
• Assist in the evaluation of vendors and their products to ensure they meet our exacting quality requirements.
• Work collaboratively with vendors to resolve quality‑related issues and improve the consistency of incoming materials.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date quality records including inspection logs, test reports and other relevant documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements and company procedures.
• Support the quality team in preparing for both internal and external audits ensuring all standards are met.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives contributing to the overall refinement of our quality management system.
