QA / QC Engineer position who will be working in our Factory in Tanajib. This person will be reporting into the Factory Manager.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

Perform inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and final outputs.

Plan the schedule of inspections and tests.

Analyze and document test results, identify defects, and ensure rework or rejection as necessary.

Calibrate, maintain and install testing equipment.

Prepare quality reports and present findings to management.

Monitor customer feedback and analyze complaints to identify quality improvement areas.

Ensure compliance with technical specifications, defense / marine industry standards, and company quality requirements.

Collaborate with design and production teams to integrate quality requirements.

Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS).

Assist in conducting internal audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications, Skills & Certification

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

0-3 years of relevant experience.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills.

ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (preferable).

Six Sigma Green Belt (preferable).

Good attention to detail with high degree of accuracy.

Compensation And Benefits

Salary : SAR 9,000 to 11,000 per month, based on experience.
