People Movement Consultant

as part of DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH, Saudi Branch. The job opening is located in Saudi Arabia and offers exciting challenges and potential for career growth. Responsibilities :

Ensure the smooth movement and deployment of personnel across various project sites. Design bus network systems and private transport systems (company buses) and assess system capacity. Work closely with stakeholders to optimize workforce deployment, streamline processes, and enhance project efficiency. Estimate transport demand related to employees and conduct hourly demand analysis. Conduct Park & Ride analysis. Perform network performance analysis, including site visits. Participate in site visits and inspections to assess progress and identify issues. Support testing and evaluation of prototypes or designs under supervision. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements. Follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Perform other duties as assigned to support the engineering team and company. Qualifications :

Technical understanding of transport planning areas such as Local Transport Plans, Public Transport Modelling, Transit Operations, Data Analysis, and Performance Strategies. Experience in multimodal analysis, report preparation, and transit service planning. Experience in Saudi Arabia is advantageous. Fluent in English & Arabic, with excellent communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent public speaking and presentation skills. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, AutoTrack, GIS tools (ArcGIS, QGIS), transit planning tools, and PTV VISUM. Good report writing and technical communication skills. Additional Details :
