Job Description

As a Senior Consultant in our Advisory unit, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile infrastructure, real estate, or natural resources projects for both private and public clients in the Middle East (KSA). You will support the team in delivering business transformation and advisory services, focusing on strategy, change management, and organisational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Assessment & Solution Development :

Assess client environments and challenges, utilizing structured approaches to discover, deliver, and implement fit-for-purpose solutions.

Manage and deliver complex business transformation programmes, ensuring successful outcomes.

Deliver workshops in virtual and face-to-face environments with senior (C-suite) client representatives.

Contribute to the internal development of methodologies, product toolkits, and transformation products.

Data Modelling : Creating and optimizing data models to ensure efficient data retrieval and analysis

Statistical Analysis : Applying statistical methods to interpret data and generate insights.

Query Optimization : Writing efficient SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data.

API Integration : Connecting various systems and applications using APIs.

Change Management : Leading and managing digital transformation initiatives.
