Overview

تعلن شركة رائدة في المملكة العربية السعودية في منطقة نيوم عن توفر شاغر لوظيفة مسؤول عقود ضمن إدارة سلسلة الإمداد (العقود والخدمات). سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن إدارة ومراجعة العقود والاتفاقيات، وضمان الالتزام بالأنظمة الداخلية والمعايير القانونية، بالإضافة إلى التنسيق مع الإدارات المختلفة لدعم متطلبات التشغيل وتحقيق أفضل الشروط مع الموردين ومقدمي الخدمات.

المهام الرئيسية

إعداد، مراجعة، وإدارة العقود واتفاقيات الخدمات.
ضمان الالتزام بسياسات الشركة والأنظمة المعمول بها.
التنسيق مع الإدارات الداخلية لمواءمة العقود مع الاحتياجات التشغيلية.
متابعة أداء العقود وحل أي خلافات أو انحرافات.
الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة ومحدثة للعقود والوثائق ذات الصلة.
المساهمة في المفاوضات مع الموردين ومقدمي الخدمات لتحقيق أفضل الشروط.

المهارات والمؤهلات

درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، القانون، سلاسل الإمداد أو مجال ذي صلة.

خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في إدارة العقود أو المشتريات.

معرفة جيدة بصياغة العقود وإدارتها ومراجعتها.

إلمام بعمليات المشتريات وإدارة الموردين.

مهارات قوية في التفاوض والتواصل.

دقة عالية في العمل ومهارات تنظيمية ممتازة.

القدرة على إدارة عدة عقود في وقت واحد والعمل تحت الضغط.

إجادة استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس وأنظمة ERP.
