Overview
Oversee all procurement activities, manage vendor relationships, and optimize the resort’s purchasing processes to maintain high quality standards and cost-efficiency.
Ambassador of the company’s wellness and sustainability culture, promote its awareness amongst team members by leading by example and living a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with resort objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and manage approved supplier database.
- Oversee inventory control, purchasing processes, and budget management to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
- Monitor market trends, conduct cost analysis, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising standards.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, contracts, and auditing procedures.
- Manage procurement records, contracts, and financial transactions accurately.
- Support finance and operations teams in budgeting, reporting, and pricing initiatives.
- Represent the resort in procurement-related trade shows and industry events.
Job Requirements
BA. or Diploma in Supply Chain, Finance or Business Administration (preferred), or related field.Previous experience in a similar role in a 5resorts and in pre-openingSeniority level
