Job description

Neom SC is seeking a dynamic and innovative Logistic Manager to lead the logistics responsibilities include developing logistics strategies, overseeing transportation and storage, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing the logistics network. Collaborate with suppliers and other departments to improve efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining high service standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure efficient logistic operations.
  • Oversee transportation, storage, and distribution operations.
  • Ensure compliance with logistics regulations and company policies.
  • Manage logistics staff and allocate resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and other departments to optimize logistics processes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements as needed.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Implement cost-saving measures and initiatives to improve logistics operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Education Level : Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related
  • Certifications : CSCP is a plus
  • Experience : Minimum 7 years overall work experience; Minimum 5 years in logistics management
  • Knowledge : Understanding of logistics and supply chain management; Knowledge of transportation regulations; Familiarity with inventory management; Proficient in logistics strategy development
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving project success
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of aligning team goals with organizational objectives
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
