Role Overview

ONFTECH AL ARABIA is seeking a dynamic and skilled Human Resources Specialist for our office in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a professional with experience in Human Resources, strong organizational skills, and the ability to join a growing team. This role will involve active participation in various HR functions, including employee satisfaction, recruitment, performance management, training, Development and GRO activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, interviews, and placement processes for new employees.
• Manage employee relations, resolve issues, and enhance employee satisfaction.
• Organize and monitor performance evaluation processes.
• Identify training needs and organize internal / external training programs.
• Ensure compliance with employee rights and company policies.
• Participate in the creation and implementation of strategies.
• Analyze HR data and prepare reports.
• Optimize and continuously improve internal HR processes.
