Overview
The job holder will be the primary client service representative for the Fund Administration Services business in KSA. They will oversee client service for an assigned client list and manage the Fund Administration Operations team to ensure delivery that meets client requirements. The candidate should have a solid understanding of fund administration services, practical experience producing NAVs for mutual funds, and knowledge of KSA CMA mutual funds regulations. Knowledge of Custody Services would be beneficial. Key Accountabilities
Primary client service representative for an assigned list of Fund Administration clients. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining close working relationships with the CMA. Support assigned clients during due diligence visits, questionnaires, RFPs & RFIs and ensure delivery to the Service Level Agreements in place. Manage onboarded client relationships with a focus on delivering timely and accurate NAV and reporting services. Oversee and direct the service provided by the Operations teams to ensure it consistently meets client expectations and act as the first point of escalation for all client-related queries. Manage a limited number of onshore KSA operational activities. Agree client Service Level Agreements and ensure that the Operations team has mechanisms to report any non-adherence to the SLA. Understand market practices and regulations relating to regional mutual funds and their impact on client business. Work closely with the sales teams to acquire new clients for the Fund Administration Services business. Participate in the preparation of commercial proposals and presentation materials. Incumbent at this level is expected to have a degree in a relevant discipline and a qualification in Business Management. Must have deep knowledge of the Fund Administration business with at least 5 years’ experience in Fund Administration services. 3 years in fund administration operations or client services within a large multi-faceted organisation, ideally within the financial services industry or market-related. Mature interpersonal skills and broad experience in managing senior client contacts in a commercial context. Excellent team-building, diplomacy, and influencing skills. Drive and tenacity to overcome obstacles and a track record of delivery, with the ability to increase revenue from new and existing relationships. Knowledge of custody services will be beneficial.
