Finance Manager (KSA)

Job Description

As a Finance Manager, you will oversee the group’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while driving accuracy and efficiency in reporting. You will manage and prepare consolidated financial statements, supervise the finance and accounting team, and handle all Zakat and VAT-related submissions. The role also involves liaising with external auditors, maintaining oversight over finance processes, preparing financial reports for senior management, and supporting the CFO and Managing Director in strategic financial decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• SOCPA membership or other recognized accounting certification.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a finance management role (preferably group / multi-entity).
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, Zakat, and VAT regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
