Role Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell spare parts to existing and new customers.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with HVAC spare‑parts customers to identify sales opportunities.
  • Provide technical support and product recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (purchasing, logistics and finance) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Manage and update customer records, including sales activities, opportunities and contact information.
  • Provide accurate forecasting of sales and develop sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Identify and report on customer feedback, including complaints, requests and trends.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC or any related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HVAC spare‑parts sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Valid KSA driving license.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
