Overview
In this role, you would be responsible for a variety of tasks related to sales, customer support, and business development. Some of the key responsibilities could include :
Responsibilities
- Sales Growth : Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets set by the management for the KSA region.
- Market Expansion : Generate leads, produce quotes, and manage bidding processes for projects within the existing customer base.
- Expand the customer base by targeting new clients and fostering strategic relationships in the KSA market.
- Relationship Management : Establish and maintain collaborative relationships across and beyond your area to enhance business performance and share best practices.
- Ensure strong client relationships post-sale and provide ongoing support.
- Product Specification : Work with consultants to specify our products, aiming to include our brand in preferred vendor lists.
- Technical Support : Provide technical product support to customers, evaluating their project needs and specifications.
- Market Analysis : Identify emerging markets and shifts while being fully aware of competitor activities and new products.
- Reporting and Administration : Report regularly to the management on sales activities and market developments.
- Follow up on payment collections and resolve any payment issues.
- Cross-functional Liaison : Collaborate with various departments and colleagues to achieve company's overall goals and strategies.
- Additional Responsibilities : Perform any additional tasks assigned by the direct line manager that align with the Sales Engineer’s role.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in KSA, preferably in a similar industry.Strong understanding of KSA market dynamics and customer needs.Experienced in selling the Valves, PICVS (Pressure Independent Control Valves).Technical background or understanding of the company’s product range is a plus.Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
