It Manager

Radcare Medical Company is seeking a skilled IT Manager to lead and manage our Information Technology department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and optimizing IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and support systems to ensure seamless operations of our medical center, which offers radiodiagnosis, radiotherapy, laboratory, and outpatient services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with clinical and operational goals.
• Oversee IT budgeting, procurement, and vendor management.
• Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, PACS, RIS, LIS, HIS, and cloud services.
• Ensure system uptime, data backup, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Supervise deployment and support of clinical applications (RIS, PACS, Radiotherapy software, LIS, HIS / EMR).
• Enforce cybersecurity and data protection policies in compliance with Saudi regulations.
• Lead and mentor the IT support team and drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors for system integration and regulatory certifications.
