As a People Partner, you will manage the designated country population from an HR perspective, including medical, paperwork, onboarding, offboarding, administration, and payroll. You will also provide advisory support to country managers and the global team on legal issues within the designated country. Employee Experience (25%)
Manage the employee experience throughout the lifecycle with emphasis on onboarding / induction, exit management, and ongoing engagement with the Saudi team. Collaborate with HRBPs, other teams, and COEs on key HR areas and projects for the region. HR Policies & Compliance (25%)
Contracts, insurance, and processes enabling Noon to benefit from relevant Saudi initiatives to support startups. Policies that enhance employee wellbeing and maintain compliance with Saudi employment laws and regulations. Communication & Engagement (20%)
Conduct employee surveys, facilitate manager training, and drive employee engagement initiatives and offsites. Maintain regular communication through All Hands, newsletters, and blogs; liaise with vendors for employee initiatives. Org Design (20%)
Collaborate with the global COE team to design an organizational structure that supports growth and development. Career ladder design, competency development, career development, recognition, and promotion philosophy. Data Management & Systems (10%)
Ensure Saudi data is up to date in the central HRMS; develop standardized processes and SOPs for best-practice sharing across the global organization. About You
Must be a Saudi citizen. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master’s preferred. 4+ years’ experience in HR within a technology or similar organization. Experience and knowledge in performance management, HR systems, talent management, or organization development. Ability to analyze organizational and individual needs to create effective solutions. Proven skill in using Google Suite. High ownership and ability to carry out initiatives independently; strong prioritization and workload management. Exposure to talent analytics and people metrics is an added advantage. Benefits
