Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical and Engineering Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing technical projects, managing engineering teams, and driving innovation in our organization.

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Develop and implement technical strategies aligned with organizational goals

Manage complex engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges

Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for engineering initiatives

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage

Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors

Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

Participate in strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferred

Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus

Minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery

Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices across relevant disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil)

Excellent project management skills, including budget management and resource allocation

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate technical teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities

Proficiency in project management tools and software

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations

Experience working in a multicultural environment is advantageous

Willingness to travel as required for project oversight and client meetings
